There are two separate entrances into St. Luke's Family Practice.

Dr. Robert Forester examines David Barton, whose parents are benefactors of the St. Luke's clinic. Uninsured "recipients" receive care that is funded by the benefactor clientele. The doctors follow Catholic doctrine in such areas as birth control.

Dr. Robert Forester has a session with patient Doug Wheelock. Paying patients can get quick prescriptions at St. Luke's clinic, and uninsured clients are steered to low-cost medication from discount stores.
