Facilities planning manager Michael Pansius describes how video cameras built into operating room lights in the new Surgery and Emergency Services Pavilion at UC Davis Medical Center will allow surgeons to broadcast their work. The $425 million project, one of the capital's most ambitious hospital makeovers, will add services, beds and jobs.
